WHAT IS THE SCATTER PROJECT?
Starting in September 2009 and every two weeks thereafter, I will hang a painting in a public place in San Diego, free for the taking for the first person to get to it. The Scatter Project is the natural extension of my belief that everyone should own an original work of art. It’s one part street art, one part fine art, and one part race.
